ProvenaMind — Autonomous Content Provenance Agent
ProvenaMind is an autonomous agent built on Minds by Animoca Brands that discovers content, repurposes it for every platform, anchors provenance on Hedera Consensus Service, and settles x402 micropayments to creators across multiple chains.

Content creators lose attribution and revenue when their work is repurposed across platforms. A video uploaded to YouTube gets ripped, re-cut, and re-posted to TikTok, Instagram, and X — with zero credit and zero payment flowing back to the original creator.
The Solution
ProvenaMind solves this end-to-end with a fully autonomous pipeline:
1. 🧠 Mind Discovers Content
The Mind evaluates a content catalog and selects a video to repurpose. This is the Mind's autonomous decision, not a hardcoded URL. Each run can select different content based on the Mind's reasoning.
2. 🔗 SHA-256 Hash + Hedera HCS Anchor
The agent downloads the video, computes a SHA-256 hash, and anchors it to Hedera Consensus Service mainnet — creating an immutable, consensus-backed timestamp proving the content existed at that moment.

3. ✂️ Mind Selects Platforms + ffmpeg Clips
The Mind chooses which platforms to target (TikTok 9:16, Instagram 1:1, X 16:9, YouTube 16:9). Real ffmpeg processing produces actual playable video clips — not simulated output.
4. 🔍 7-Point Quality Verification
Every clip passes a 7-point quality check before the pipeline proceeds:
- File exists and size > 0
- Video metadata readable via ffprobe
- Duration matches target (5s ±0.5s)
- Resolution matches platform spec exactly
- Codec is h264
- Audio track present
- Bitrate within acceptable range
Failed clips auto-retry up to 3 times with adjusted ffmpeg parameters.
5. 💸 x402 Cross-Chain Micropayments
The agent settles licensing fees on two chains:
