2. SMS Alerts
AI-Rook uses Twilio to send automated SMS notifications to registered users. These messages include trade entry and exit alerts generated by the platform's automated trading strategies.
- SMS alerts are sent only to phone numbers explicitly provided and authorized by the account holder.
- Message frequency varies based on market activity. Typical volume is fewer than 10 messages per day.
- Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
- You may opt out of SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us directly. After opting out, no further SMS messages will be sent.
- Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at the email below.
- We do not share your phone number with any third parties for marketing purposes. Your number is used exclusively for operational trade alerts.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver trade alerts and platform notifications via SMS and Discord.
- To display trading performance and signal data on the dashboard.
- To maintain platform security and diagnose technical issues.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
4. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on secured private servers. We implement industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and restricted access controls. We retain trade and signal data for performance analysis purposes. Personal contact information is retained only as long as your account is active.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
- Twilio — SMS delivery. Subject to Twilio's Privacy Policy.
- BYDFi — Cryptocurrency exchange execution. Subject to BYDFi's terms of service.
- AltFINS — Market signal data provider.
These services receive only the minimum data required to perform their function. We do not share personal information with these providers beyond what is operationally necessary.
