These Terms and Conditions govern your use of AI-Rook ("the platform"), including the automated trading dashboard, signal monitoring tools, SMS alert program, and any future waitlist or marketing communications. By using AI-Rook, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

AI-Rook is an automated cryptocurrency trading intelligence platform. The platform monitors markets, executes algorithmic trading strategies, and delivers real-time alerts via SMS and Discord. Future offerings may include a waitlist and early access program for users interested in the Aether trading engine.

The SMS alert program ("Rook Alerts") delivers automated trade notifications including trade entries, exits, and performance summaries to registered users.

2. SMS Terms

Program Name: Rook Alerts

Description: Automated SMS notifications for live trade entries and exits generated by the AI-Rook trading platform.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on market activity. You may receive up to 20 messages per day during active trading sessions. Average is fewer than 10 messages per day.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Support: For help, reply HELP to any message or email rook@mailbox.org.

Opt-Out: To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To restart, contact us directly.

By providing your phone number and enrolling in SMS alerts, you consent to receive automated text messages from AI-Rook at the number provided. Your consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the platform.

We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your number is used exclusively for operational trade alerts as described above.

3. Waitlist & Future Marketing

AI-Rook may in the future offer a public waitlist for access to the Aether trading engine and related services. By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive communications about product updates, launch announcements, and related news via the contact information you provide.

Waitlist communications are informational and not financial advice.
You may unsubscribe from waitlist communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email, or by replying STOP to any SMS.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to any product or service.

4. Trading Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. The signals, alerts, and strategies provided by AI-Rook are for informational and operational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results.

You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made using or in response to information from this platform.
AI-Rook is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution.
Never trade with capital you cannot afford to lose.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any proprietary trading strategies or code.
Share access credentials with unauthorized parties.
Interfere with the platform's operation or infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

All trading strategies, algorithms, code, and content on AI-Rook are proprietary and owned by AI-Rook. Nothing in these terms grants you any license to use, copy, or distribute any intellectual property of AI-Rook.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-Rook shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from signal alerts, strategy execution, or platform downtime.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
